- Additional and overweight baggage (such as surfboards, bicycles, etc.) is subject to space availability and may incur an extra surcharge, which is payable to your driver at the time of service

- You can bypass timeshare solicitors standing outside the baggage claim and proceed just a short distance down the hallway to our agents wearing Gray Line uniforms
- If you book the incorrect hotel zone, you are responsible to pay the difference in Cancun International Airport
