All guest must de over 18 years old and in possession of a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, in order to make a reservation.
PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICY
The rates are in USD and are subject to 16% federal tax.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
If the reservation is cancelled 15 (fifteen) days or more before check-in date it’s fully refundable, minus a $20 USD processing fee.
If the reservation is cancelled 14 (fourteen) to 8 (eight) days before check-in date, there is a 15% penalty charge.
If the reservation is cancelled 7 (seven) days or less before check-in date the reservation will be subject to a one night charge.
No shows are 100% non-refundable.
Holiday* reservations: Cancellations made 91 (ninety one) days or more prior check-in date, will be subject to a $50 USD per person penalization charge; 90 (ninety)-64 (sixty four) days prior check-in date will have a 50% penalization charge on the total paid for the reservation; 63 (sixty three)-31 (thirty one) days prior check-in date will have a 1 night per room penalization charge.
Cancellations made 30 (thirty) days or less prior check-in date are 100% non-refundable.
*Holy Week /Easter (April 9th – April 23rd), and Christmas /New Year Season (December 22nd – January 3th), Equinox (March 19th – March 24th) (September 20th – September 22nd).
All cancellations requests must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for this decision; in order to issue any applicable refunds.
Please note: For all cancellations requests the Confirmation Number must be provided.
Changes made to the reservation after confirmation will automatically result in a $20 USD administration fee. Not valid for non-refundable rates.
You have the sole responsibility of verifying the date of your reservation.
We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in the cancelation or incorrect dates of your reservation.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted either for unused portions of the reservation or “no shows”
