1) What should I bring to the tour?
This depends which tour you’ll take, generally we recommend you to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, cap, sunglasses and biodegradable sun block. If your tour includes swimming, you may want to bring a beach towel and a spare change of clothes.

2) Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, we take (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) credit and debit cards.

3) How can I recognize the tour guides, drivers and staff?
Our staff uniform is easily recognizable; navy blue pants and a white shirt with the Gray Line logo.

4) Do I need to show my tour or transportation confirmation? 
In order to avoid inconveniences, please make a printout of your reservation voucher and have it ready for check-in to the reserved service. 

5) Are tips included?
We recommend you to bring some extra cash in case you are pleased with the service and want to give a gratuity to your tour guide and driver.
